Using the service

These terms apply to the BeadArtify website, tools and community features. Use the service only when you can lawfully agree to these terms, or with appropriate authorization where required. If you do not agree, do not use account or publishing features. Nothing here removes consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Operator identity and jurisdiction details remain to be confirmed; no particular governing-law or court clause is asserted here.

Tools and their limitations

BeadArtify provides image conversion, a grid editor, downloads and selected planning tools. Some specialist craft tools are incomplete. Digital palettes are not verified manufacturer catalogs. You must check colors, materials, dimensions, stitch feasibility and instructions before crafting or purchasing supplies. A generated image or grid is not a professionally tested pattern.

Follow your material manufacturer’s instructions, use appropriate supervision and take care around small parts, heat, needles and other tools. The website does not replace product safety information. Browser printing is not the same as a dedicated, scale-verified multi-board PDF export.

Accounts and backups

Keep your account credentials secure and provide information you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another person or share credentials publicly. Cloud saving requires an account; browser-local drafts and inventory may be lost when device data is removed. Export project JSON and inventory backups for work you need to retain. Availability, recovery and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Your work and permission to publish

You retain the rights you hold in your original contributions. Using our tools does not give you ownership of someone else’s artwork, characters, marks or photographs. Before uploading or publishing, obtain the permissions required for your intended use, including permissions relating to people shown in an image.

By saving content, you authorize BeadArtify to process and store it to provide the requested features. By making it public, you authorize display, distribution through the site and the site’s public remix function. This permission is non-exclusive and limited to operating the service. Removing a public project stops its availability through the application but cannot recall copies already made by others.

Respecting other creators

Do not present another creator’s work as your own. A download or remix button does not guarantee rights for resale, merchandise, redistribution or off-site publication. Credit original authors where appropriate and obtain permission where the intended use requires it. Public visibility is not a blanket commercial license. AI-generated illustrations can also require review for third-party rights.

Community conduct

• Do not publish unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative or harassing material.
• Do not expose private information, credentials or images of people without appropriate permission.
• Do not spam, impersonate creators, manipulate likes or use deceptive metadata.
• Do not bypass account controls, security checks or limits, interfere with availability, or harvest private account data.
• Report problems responsibly without accessing, changing or disclosing another user’s information.

Moderation and rights complaints

Content may be restricted or removed when it violates these terms, creates a security issue or requires investigation. Account access may also be restricted for serious or repeated misuse. Automated review of every published pattern is not currently promised. Send a specific report through the contact page, identifying the content and the reason for the concern. Where appropriate, the uploader may be asked to respond or provide evidence of permission.

Availability and responsibility

The tools are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise error-free conversion, exact physical color matching, uninterrupted availability or recovery of lost work. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Any limitation of responsibility applies only where lawful and does not exclude liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

Third parties, changes and closing your account

Google sign-in and Cloudflare services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Read our Privacy Policy for current data handling. You may delete individual projects in the dashboard and request help with closing an account through the contact page. These terms may change as features develop; the revision date identifies the current version. Product and craft trademarks belong to their respective owners; BeadArtify does not claim their endorsement.
